Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support and meet project objectives and company goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
· Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations using Salesforce APIs
· Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions
· Perform unit testing and ensure overall system integration and quality assurance
· Maintain documentation of system configuration and development
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance
· Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and best practices
· Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and security policies
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
· 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
· Strong experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
· Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model
· Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating third-party services
· Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets, ANT, or SFDX
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a plus
