Responsibilities include detailed scheduling, finite capacity planning, integration with PP/SD/AVC, troubleshooting planning issues, master data validation, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover support, hypercare, and documentation.

Hands-on SAP S/4HANA PP/DS Technical Consultant to configure and support embedded PP/DS in a greenfield S/4 migration. Responsibilities include detailed scheduling, finite capacity planning, heuristics, integration with PP/SD/AVC, mapping Infor processes, troubleshooting planning and capacity issues, master data validation, building test scenarios (SIT/UAT), data migration validation, go-live support, hypercare, and documentation.

Lead design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Advanced Variant Configuration for configurable manufacturing. Translate legacy Infor product logic into AVC models, define characteristics/classes, configuration profiles, constraints, KMATs, super BOMs, routings and variant pricing. Integrate AVC with SD and PP, ensure performance and scalability, support testing, data migration and go-live readiness, and advise on AVC best practices and governance.

Manage and optimize large-scale MySQL read-replica environments, including replication monitoring, incident response, failed-replica rebuilding, failover coordination, architecture improvements, backup and disaster recovery, and performance tuning. Support migration from MySQL 5.7 to 8.0, administer clustering technologies, configure observability and proxy tools, and develop reliable runbooks for replication recovery and failover.

Administer and improve large-scale MySQL production read-replica environments. Monitor replication health and lag, troubleshoot failures, rebuild multi-terabyte replicas, coordinate DNS-based failover, and design resilient asynchronous, semi-synchronous, and group replication topologies. Support MySQL 5.7-to-8 migration, backup and point-in-time recovery, cluster operations, query and infrastructure performance tuning, and observability using Percona tools. Develop failover and rebuild procedures while improving recovery times and reducing replication incidents.

Lead and scale a customer-facing support engineering team, own incident escalation and SLA adherence, collaborate with Core Engineering and Customer Success, troubleshoot distributed systems (Next.js, Node.js, .NET/C#), ensure data integrity across ELT and third-party integrations, and deliver polished technical communications to enterprise clients.

QA Specialist responsible for designing and executing QA strategies for Power BI reports and Microsoft Fabric data workflows. Validate frontend report usability and backend data via SQL, automate testing (Playwright and pipeline tests), document test cases, track data quality metrics, and collaborate with analysts, developers, and engineers to resolve data issues and ensure parity between legacy and Fabric environments.

The role involves leading the design and implementation of product configuration capabilities in SAP S/4HANA, translating complex product configurations, and integrating AVC with Sales & Distribution and Production Planning.

Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams, produce standards and runbooks, mentor engineers, and ensure platform reliability, scalability, and operational readiness.
