Design solutions across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, RPA, and AI-enabled workflows. Apply LLMs, RAG, agents, bots, MCP, and AI Builder capabilities to automate processes. Conduct business analysis, migrate legacy automations, advise stakeholders, mentor distributed teams, and oversee architecture and delivery governance.

Own the architecture, development, performance, and support of interactive WebGL product configurators integrated with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, PLM, PIM/MDM, middleware, OMS, and WMS systems.
