Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations, the Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will have the opportunity to collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, Business Technology (Salesforce), Enablement, and Customer Success. This role will primarily support the Sales team by driving efficiency in the sales process in effort to create a world class sales machine. The role requires you to utilize a broad range of skills on a daily basis including, but not limited to, process improvement, data analysis, and project management. You will be expected to act as a strategic partner and advisor to Sales leadership through your  in-depth knowledge and understanding of the sales organization’s data and processes. This is a high impact role that has tremendous career and professional growth potential.  The ideal candidate will be passionate about data and process and interested in working in a rapidly growing SaaS/Fintech company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the health of the sales organization by developing resources to interpret key performance indicators and sales health metrics
  • Perform data analysis by leveraging revenue data from various data sources to provide answers to adhoc business questions, drive strategic decision making, and uncover areas of improvement within the Sales process
  • Drive and manage projects to create efficiencies within the Sales Organization
  • Partner closely with the revenue stakeholders (revenue leaders, marketing, etc.) to gather requirements for projects, troubleshoot issues, develop better processes, and bring information back to the rest of the operations team to implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with Enablement to roll out new processes and changes to the Sales floor
  • Represent Sales with our BizTech partners in creating and managing Salesforce sprint cycles
  • Responsible for administrating, maintaining, and creating new processes across Revenue tool stack (Outreach.io, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LeanData)
  • Proactively identify operational improvements and enhancements to drive increased data quality.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in an Sales/Customer operations or an analytical role 
  • Master of MS Excel or SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Quicksight)
  • Strong data mindset with demonstrated aptitude for complex data analysis and passion for data backed decision making
  • Intellectually curious, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
  • Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks work within deadlines and manage stakeholders
  • Fast mover with drive to iterate
  • Takes initiative and goes above and beyond expectations
  • BS/BA in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
  • MBA, Masters degree is a plus

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The estimated salary  ranges noted below roles in the specific  geographic zones

Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle

$105,000$126,300 USD

Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area), Austin TX, Massachusetts

$94,500$113,700 USD

Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX (office), Florida, North Carolina

$89,399$107,400 USD
