We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead our automotive sales organization across India. This strategic leadership role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, strengthening customer relationships, enhancing team performance, and delivering sustainable business growth in a highly competitive and evolving automotive market.
The successful candidate will be an inspiring people leader with a proven track record of driving sales excellence and achieving ambitious business objectives. Working closely with customers, distributors, and cross-functional teams, the India Automotive Sales Lead will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expand market share, accelerate growth initiatives, and ensure consistent delivery of revenue and profitability targets while fostering long-term customer success.

General Responsibilities
• Responsible for the revenue generation
• Manages sales and local sales administration resources
• Manages the the training, development, and on-going motivation of local sales team
• Manages the annual plan, quarterly updates, and long range planning processes
• Completes organization reports and biweekly highlights
• Responsible for sales organization with regard to account strategies, tactics, and management contacts
• Manages priorities and bonus outcomes for the sales team to ensure closure of key programs create training plans for each sales team to handle the dynamic nature of the market and counter the increasing array of purchasing tactics employed
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
