About the Role:

The Sr. Recruiting Advisor plays a pivotal role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy within the business services sector, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top-tier professionals. This position is responsible for leading complex recruitment initiatives, providing expert guidance to hiring managers, and optimizing recruitment processes to meet evolving business needs. The advisor will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand workforce requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that align with organizational goals. By leveraging data-driven insights and market trends, the Sr. Recruiting Advisor will enhance candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding experiences. Ultimately, this role drives the continuous improvement of recruitment practices to support sustainable business growth and a strong employer brand.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within business services or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and diversity hiring principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or AIRS Certified Recruiter.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Background in workforce planning and talent strategy development.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and candidate experience enhancement techniques.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organizational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and specialized roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates and emerging hiring trends.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices for candidate evaluation, interview techniques, and selection decisions.
  • Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to assess the effectiveness of sourcing channels and hiring outcomes.
  • Facilitate training sessions for hiring teams on recruitment policies, diversity and inclusion, and candidate engagement.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and networks to expand candidate pipelines when necessary.
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance quality of hire.
