Job Description:
Sherpany is a Datasite Company who is a Swiss market leader for meeting management software. Since its founding in 2011, it has pursued the goal of creating a world in which every meeting counts. Over 400 European companies and 12,000 decision-makers are already using Sherpany with the aim of making their business relevant meetings more productive and thereby increasing corporate success.
We are seeking a Sr. QA Engineer with a background in automated and manual testing, experience with performance & API tests.

Conduct testing of applications, identifying deficiencies and creating and managing the overall quality planning strategy

Create and maintain automated tests to reduce the time of repetitive tasks

Create reports for leadership and make sure that a quality awareness mindset is established in the team
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work on average 2 days per week in our Heredia office, with the potential for schedule changes. We believe in fostering collaboration across our teams, blending the benefits of in-person interaction with the flexibility of remote work.
What we will love about you:

5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, as a discipline

3+ years of experience in a quality assurance position with different testing techniques (UI, automated, performance, API, etc) with 1+ years of test automation experience, Playwright is a plus

Experienced with agile methodologies and have strong analytical skills

Solution-oriented team player with an autonomous and proactive working style

Experience / Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD (Github Actions) is a plus

Great interpersonal and communication skills in English
