Job Description:

Sherpany is a Datasite Company who is a Swiss market leader for meeting management software. Since its founding in 2011, it has pursued the goal of creating a world in which every meeting counts. Over 400 European companies and 12,000 decision-makers are already using Sherpany with the aim of making their business relevant meetings more productive and thereby increasing corporate success.

We are seeking a Sr. QA Engineer with a background in automated and manual testing, experience with performance & API tests.

• Conduct testing of applications, identifying deficiencies and creating and managing the overall quality planning strategy

• Create and maintain automated tests to reduce the time of repetitive tasks

• Create reports for leadership and make sure that a quality awareness mindset is established in the team

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work on average 2 days per week in our Heredia office, with the potential for schedule changes. We believe in fostering collaboration across our teams, blending the benefits of in-person interaction with the flexibility of remote work.

What we will love about you:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, as a discipline

• 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance position with different testing techniques (UI, automated, performance, API, etc) with 1+ years of test automation experience, Playwright is a plus

• Experienced with agile methodologies and have strong analytical skills

• Solution-oriented team player with an autonomous and proactive working style

• Experience / Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD (Github Actions) is a plus

• Great interpersonal and communication skills in English
