About the role
We are looking for a motivated QA Automation Engineer to join our Endpoint team and help ensure high-quality software delivery. In this role, you will develop the automation tests to validate the quality of the Proofpoint Agent. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and QA professionals, gaining hands-on experience in modern testing tools, automation frameworks, and AI-driven quality strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Test Automation Develop and maintain automated tests
Contribute to test cases for the endpoint agents and their related end-to-end scenarios
Help integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Assist in maintaining and improving existing test frameworks
Quality Assurance
Execute manual and automated test cases to validate new features and bug fixes Identify, document, and track bugs clearly and effectively
Participate in code reviews and testing discussions Learn and apply best practices in software quality and testing
AI-Assisted Testing Support initiatives to expand test coverage using AI tools Help experiment with AI-based test generation and analysis tools
Learn how AI can be used to identify gaps in test coverage and improve efficiency
Collaboration & Learning
Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members
Actively learn new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies
Ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously improve your skills Required
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Software Development and QA Automation
Strong knowledge of Networking and Endpoint testing
Advanced coding skills to automate processes Experience testing on Windows/Linux/MacOS environments Experience using Git
