The Project Manager will be responsible for the management of one or more complex projects concurrently; plans and performs analysis of company functions, processes, and activities.Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our IT team. This position will be full-time, hybrid, and is a contract position.
What You’ll Do
Lead all aspects of planning, business process improvement, development, and implementation of applications, architecture, and hardware
Evaluate the current IT systems and environments; develop, maintain, and update project plans, communication plans, and documentation
Execute, monitor, control, and close projects to manage risks, ensure resource utilization, and minimize schedule impacts
Define and document user needs, identify problems, and develop solution recommendations through research, studies, and data analysis
Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and propose technology-based solutions
Create and maintain various diagrams including process flows, swim lanes, state diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and wireframes
Provide subject matter expertise in relevant technical domains to guide decision‑making and solution design
Lead and direct the work of others when necessary, demonstrating creativity, independence, and strong decision-making skills
Collaborate closely with other IT teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and organizational direction
Stay current on industry trends and apply relevant innovations to improve processes, technology, and outcomes
Advise clients on alternative approaches and recommend technology solutions that align with business goals
Mentor, coach, and support peers and junior staff to enable knowledge transfer and team development
What You’ll Need
Required:
8+ years managing projects within IT environments, including leading teams and delivering to project requirements
8+ years of strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with both IT staff and leadership
8+ years of experience working in IT environments with strong familiarity in application development, systems, and solution delivery
8+ years of experience in project planning, task organization, and ensuring steady progress toward milestones
8+ years of experience writing project plans, communication plans, status reports, and related project documentation
8+ years of experience working on IT projects, including direct involvement in analysis, development support, or solution delivery
Preferred:
PMP Certification

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$65 - $75 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
