The Sr Project Manager leads strategic initiatives that define the future of Americas Manufacturing building cross-functional alignment, driving operational excellence, and turning long-term ambitions into executable roadmaps that deliver real impact.
Core Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives that transform manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate direction and generating a positive impact on results.
- Strategy Formulation & Alignment: Co-lead the development of 3–to-5 year Americas manufacturing strategies by integrating insights from operations, finance, technology, supply chain, and global teams.
- Roadmap Development & Ownership: Build, maintain, and communicate a comprehensive strategic roadmap covering capacity, technology, digitalization, productivity, and risk mitigation.
- Portfolio & Program Governance: Define prioritization criteria, manage the strategic initiative funnel, and ensure initiatives follow stage-gate, readiness, and governance frameworks.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Facilitate Leadership Team meetings, synthesize insights, and ensure alignment among senior stakeholders across AMS and the global network
Do you have what it takes?
- Strong experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or project management.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to model financial and operational scenarios and synthesize actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept to execution.
- High level of agility and resilience to operate in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification desired.
