THE ROLE

OLIPOP is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Marketing team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple work streams from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, omni-channel, creative, ops and production, to drive efficient and effective project execution. This role requires strong leadership skills, a big picture mindset, and excellent project management abilities. 


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project objectives, goals, and timelines.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, delegating tasks and ensuring clear communication throughout the project. 
  • Manage the project from kickoff through execution. 
  • Manage concurrent complex projects. 
  • Manage relationships and workflow with external design agencies. 
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and develop contingency plans. 
  • Manage project progress against the plan and make adjustments as necessary. 
  • Manage project documentation, including meeting notes and status reports. 
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule. 
  • Work with cross functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and budget
  • Develop and manage project schedules and timelines
  • Ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables by monitoring progress and providing guidance to team members
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
  • Provide regular updates on project status to key stakeholders
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Work with Marketing Ops to set and monitor budgets, timing and allocation of resources
  • Continuously improve project management processes and practices to drive operational and creative excellence
  • Close out projects by finalizing documentation and conducting post-project learning meetings. 


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred
  • 8+ years experience in the CPG or marketing/advertising industry. 
  • Strong understanding of the creative process
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure program success
  • Familiarity with the OLIPOP brand
  • Experience working in an agency experience preferred but not required

COMPENSATION:

$105,000-$115,000 base salary + bonus
