The Sr. Project Manager drives all aspects of DT (digital technology) project, program, and portfolio activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all DT and business segments. Defined project value proposition scope, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for DT projects. Manages resources (i.e. capital requirements and human capital, etc.) to complete project/program on time and within budget. Keeps team and leadership updated on project status and risk factors. Ensures adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Provides technical and process guidance to project team.
 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Organize, manage, and lead the business cross functional team (i.e. ERP, web, network, security, cloud, automation, database, and more) including working with resource managers to identify roles and responsibilities for assignment
  • Mentor project team and stakeholders on Project Management Office (PMO) process and requirements.
  • Create and communicate project status reports, team meeting agendas and minutes, stakeholders meeting agendas, materials and minutes, and other communications as required.
  • Manage the planning, estimating, budgeting, financing, monitoring, and controlling of cost to enable DT projects to be completed within the approved budget.
  • Manage the timely completion, budget and lessons learned of DT projects using the Global IT methodology and various DT project management tools and techniques.
  • Utilize the Global IT methodology, Change Management Team & DT projects tools (i.e. ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Suite) to identify people, groups, & organizations that could impact or be impacted by IT projects.
  • Embraces a 80/20 and continuous improvement mindset to minimize waste and drive process improvements.
  • Ensure all aspects of the project are well coordinated and produce the desired results (i.e., Project management plan, project schedule, project scope change, and project status reports) across multiple business segments transformational efforts in mid to high complexity up to $1M in size.
  • Facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies (i.e. stand-ups, backlog refinement, agile retrospective, sprint reviews), decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with other Program and Project Managers to identify Risks and Opportunities. Develop, implement, and manage response plans.
  • With the assistance of the global purchasing team, manage all procurement of products or services as required for DT projects using the Global DT methodology and IT project management tool and techniques.
  • Review and ensure all projects are completed on time and in accordance with Global DT Project Management Office (PMO) methodology.
  • Anticipate financial impacts of projects through the utilization of forecasting techniques (i.e. trend analysis, historical data analysis, regression analysis) to predict the future state of the estimated time, budget, and resources required to successfully deliver project completion.
  • Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and schedules for projects.
  • Ability to connect technical solutions to core business functions (i.e. digital manufacturing, finance, HR, ecommerce, ERP, and more) however anticipating limitations, risk, and impacts to the enterprise for assigned projects.
  • Contribute to best practices and process improvement across Agile/Scrum ceremonies (i.e. stand-ups, backlog refinement, agile retrospective, sprint reviews), decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree with five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Agile, scrum, scheduling, PMBOK, financial forecasting.

Pay Range:

$103,300.00 - $177,700.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
