Role: Sr. Project Manager - Chief of Staff

Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite - 5 days a week)

  • The Chief of Staff serves as the primary operational partner and force multiplier to the executive, helping drive clarity, accountability, and momentum across the business. This role runs the internal rhythm of the business, removes operational friction from the executive’s plate, and ensures critical priorities, decisions, and deliverables move forward without delay.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across teams to keep complex initiatives on track in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, organize, and drive the cadence for leadership meetings, all-hands, and planning cycles, including agenda development, decision tracking, and action-item follow-up.
  • Triage incoming requests, absorb day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities, draft executive communications, and resolve issues before they require executive intervention.
  • Own and maintain master trackers for ongoing projects, deliverables, deadlines, executive commitments, and key follow-ups to ensure work moves through completion.
  • Proactively partner with cross-functional leaders to secure signoffs, inputs, documentation, and decisions on time, helping eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Identify project friction early, facilitate practical solutions across teams, and escalate critical risks to the executive with clear context and recommended paths forward.
  • Prepare meeting briefs, executive presentation decks, weekly status updates, and concise documentation that summarizes complex cross-functional progress.
  • Step in to directly manage and execute special projects, urgent priorities, or operational tasks that do not have a natural departmental owner.
  • Help ensure the executive’s time and attention are focused on the highest-impact priorities by creating structure, visibility, and accountability across workstreams.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, project management, or operational leadership supporting senior executives.
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational tracking methods, and a disciplined approach to managing multiple priorities and moving parts.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex discussions into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow up respectfully and effectively with busy leaders, hold teams accountable to timelines, and build trusted cross-functional relationships.
  • Proficiency with workflow and tracking tools, as well as executive presentation tools.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs, identify risks, and solve problems before they escalate.
  • Comfortable operating in a highly visible role that requires urgency, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Previous industry experience in the telecommunications industry.

The base salary for this position is $92,250 to $137,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
