Role Summary
We're looking for a highly organized and collaborative Project Management Analyst to support and evolve how our marketing team works together. This role will help drive operational excellence within a cross-functional pod-ensuring clarity, momentum, and consistency across everything from campaign execution to process improvement.
You'll serve as the central connector-keeping work moving, tracking progress, building workflows, and helping the team continuously improve how we plan, collaborate, and deliver.
How You'll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
Team Coordination & Workflow Management:
- Facilitate regular team ceremonies like planning meetings, weekly check-ins, and retrospectives to keep the pod aligned and focused.
- Monitor task boards and project plans in tools like Microsoft Planner -ensuring priorities are clear and deadlines are met.
- Help the team stay unblocked by flagging risks, coordinating handoffs, and surfacing dependencies early.
Project & Task Tracking
Maintain a clear view of what's in flight, what's coming next, and what needs attention.
Update project dashboards, timelines, and communication trackers to ensure visibility across stakeholders.
Assist with intake, prioritization, and resourcing of new initiatives and requests.
Process Development & Documentation
- Create and maintain marketing process guides, templates, and best practices for workflows such as campaign planning, content creation, and creative reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing enablement lead and marketing operations to identify opportunities to streamline and scale repeatable processes.
- Help turn loosely defined ideas into structured workflows and documented action plans.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a central point of coordination between marketers, designers, analysts, and external partners.
- Support onboarding of new pod members by equipping them with tools, resources, and working norms.
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably in Marketing or Communications
- Proven track record of driving complex cross-functional programs to completion.
- Passion for upskilling, continuous learning, and helping others grow.
- Experience with digital workplace tools (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft teams, Microsoft Planner).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
- Strategic mindset with high attention to detail and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with generative AI concepts and tools is a strong plus.
The salary range for applicants for this position is $60,900 - $75,000 Base Salary + Annual Bonus.
