As a Sr Product Marketing Manager, you will lead product marketing efforts for new product launches within VetLab, driving go-to-market strategies, positioning, and customer adoption. In this role, you will define compelling messaging, enable sales teams, and champion customer insights to ensure successful product launches and sustained growth. This is an opportunity to influence product strategy and deliver measurable business impact through innovative marketing approaches.
The VetLab organization focuses on delivering diagnostic solutions that empower veterinarians with actionable insights. You will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to bring new products and features to market while aligning global and regional needs.
In this role- You will design, plan, and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new product features and major releases
- You’ll develop clear, compelling messaging and value propositions that differentiate products in the market
- You will partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Medical, and Training teams
- You’ll ensure regional considerations are incorporated into launch planning and execution
- You will define success metrics, build dashboards, and analyze performance to optimize adoption and retention
- You’ll engage directly with customers to gather insights and inform product and marketing strategies
- You will identify risks and proactively communicate challenges, opportunities, and solutions
- You’ll mentor and support team members as needed
This role plays a critical part in ensuring new products successfully reach the market and deliver value to customers. Your work will directly influence product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth, helping IDEXX continue to deliver innovative diagnostic solutions that improve animal health outcomes.

Salary: $140000 - $155000 / year
