Job Description Summary:

Role Description
As a Senior Product Manager on the Post Purchase team focused on integrations and partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Package tracking capabilities and launching new Post Purchase solutions for PayPal merchants and consumers. While your primary focus will be on managing integrations and merchant partnerships, you will also take a leading role in defining consumer experiences within the Post Purchase team. You will also work closely with go-to-market teams to effectively communicate the value of these new products to merchant customers.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative, user-centric payment solutions that address the evolving needs of both consumers and merchants. Your success will be measured by the rate of adoption and satisfaction among merchants. 


Your day-to-day

In your day-to-day role, you will: 

  • Identify market opportunities and develop a product roadmap that addresses the needs of both merchants and consumers. 

  • Collaborate effectively with senior leaders who are key stakeholders in your projects, using strategic communication to quickly build consensus and alignment.

  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, defining requirements, design, development, and product launch. 

  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, market research, and their potential business impact. 

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and UX teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features. 

  • Analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends to uncover opportunities for innovation and differentiation. 

  • Partner with go-to-market teams to effectively communicate the value of new products to merchant customers. 

  • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance the product and user experience. 

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of integrations. 

  • Utilize analytics and metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize the product strategy. 


What do you need to bring

  • 4+ years of product management experience at a tech company or consulting agency, with a focus on building products involving third-party integrations. 

  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of APIs, platforms, and integration patterns. 

  • Experience in bringing e-Commerce or B2B solutions to the market. 

  • Strong understanding of e-Commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce. 

  • Can thrive with high autonomy and responsibility. 

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including experience with Agile methodologies.

  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$64000 to $156750
