As a Sr. Product Manager, Patient Core Services, you will lead the development and roadmap of new commerce, data and privacy capabilities to expand our platform capabilities. You will partner closely with patient-facing teams and other platform teams to understand platform gaps and roadmap dependencies to ensure we have the capabilities needed to treat more patients effectively and unlock new care models. You will also have the opportunity to directly impact subscriptions and revenue growth by enhancing and innovating the customer experience around payments and subscription management. You are someone who loves digging into complex problems, collaboratively working with various teams and roles across the organization, and effectively communicating existing capabilities, new feature development and releases, and the broader strategic roadmap. You are also a passionate executor who will lead a cross-functional squad in day-to-day building, experimenting, and optimizing. We are looking for a data-fluent self-starter who loves to craft creative solutions using best practices and driving for end-user results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead projects that implement e-commerce and authentication best practices and allow our core services to scale with patient and business needs
  • Develop solutions with a platform approach that will scale to new use cases over time
  • This role is a senior individual contributor (“IC”) role

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 4+ years of product experience and 7-9 years of professional experience focused on payments, commerce, or platform services at a D2C focused company
  • You have exceptional analytics skills and can navigate complex data sets using SQL and other data science tools to provide actionable insights, ideally having owned the management and functionality of a company’s CRM platform
  • Demonstrated experience driving outcomes by identifying data-driven opportunities and executing
  • Successful track record of shipping complex platform features for cross-functional partners and making data-informed decisions
  • Excellent product judgment: Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance stakeholder needs with business priorities, and drive detailed trade-offs over the product lifecycle
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills:
  • Ability to establish common ground with empathy and candor, manage conflicting points of view, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
  • Experience navigating organizational & technical complexity (e.g., supporting products on multiple stacks, participating in tech integrations)
  • Bonus: Experience in working with legal and security to develop features that enhance user privacy and data protection.
