We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Senior Product Manager, Integrations to design and deliver the next generation of developer-focused experiences to scale adoption of PayPal’s payment solutions. This role is critical in creating easily adoptable SDKs, APIs, and integration solutions that streamline the developer journey from discovery to implementation, driving the adoption of our payment solutions at scale.

Job Description:

As a key member of the product team, you will collaborate with engineering, design, and developer relations teams to build robust tools and frameworks that simplify integration processes.

Your expertise in end-to-end integration, developer support, and platform technologies will empower developers globally to adopt and integrate our solutions efficiently, ensuring exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.

Your day-to-day:

  • Build developer-friendly integration experiences:
  • Define the roadmap for developer experiences, focusing on building intuitive, scalable, and easily adoptable tools, including APIs, SDKs, and documentation.
  • Design and deliver seamless end-to-end integration experiences that empower developers to adopt payment solutions efficiently, reducing friction and accelerating time-to-market.
  • Build robust frameworks for easy discovery, self-service integration, and seamless scalability using core platform technologies, ensuring developers can access and implement solutions effortlessly.

Drive cross-functional partnerships to platform solutions:

  • Leverage developer usage data, market trends, and customer feedback to prioritize features and refine the integration experience.
  • Engage with third-party vendors and platform partners to craft integration solutions that are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance.
  • Drive adoption of payments solutions by designing scalable integration capabilities that support diverse developer use cases globally.

Scale integration solutions using voice of customer:

  • Collaborate with developer relations, and commercial teams to gather feedback, refine tools, and advocate for integrators’ needs, ensuring that their voices drive product development.
  • Articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you need to bring:

  • 8+ years of product and platform experience.
  • Demonstrated success in building platform technologies, APIs, SDKs, or payment integration tools.
  • Demonstrated experience building global developer ecosystems and understanding regional considerations for scaling integrations.
  • Prior experience in financial technologies, banking, and finance sectors in global markets is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field is helpful in this role.
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills required.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$82500 to $187990
