Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Senior Principal Project Integrator to directly support the MDC2 Strategic Planning Director 1. This unique role bridges program execution and strategic communications. You will manage operational rhythms, track technology investments, and serve as the primary technical writer for strategic documentation. By translating complex technical architectures into clear executive briefings, win themes, and campaign plans, you will ensure seamless communication between program and engineering teams, corporate leadership, and military customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Writing & Strategy Documentation: Author, edit, and maintain complex strategic documents and capture campaign tracking plans, using clear, structured language.
- Executive Presentation Support: Translate highly technical product capabilities into clear, concise executive briefings, Win Themes, and value propositions for division, sector, and customer leadership.
- Strategic Rhythm Alignment: Manage the operational program rhythm and associated calendars to align with strategic planning deadlines, gate reviews, and the Business Acquisition Process (BAP).
- Requirement & Pipeline Integration: Integrate, control, and manage program requirements, ensuring technical and non-technical elements support long-term pipeline and technology roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external customers, integrated product teams (IPTs), and suppliers to synthesize necessary data for the Strategic Planning Director.
Basic Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 8 years (or Master's degree with 6 years) of project management, project integration, or strategic communications experience within a technical field.
- Technical Communication: Proven experience breaking down complex architectures into simple, structured documentation.
- Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret-level clearance is required to apply and start.
- Special Access: Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP) within a reasonable timeframe.
- Executive Briefing Skills: Expert-level capability in preparing and presenting analytical data and presentations for executive leadership, suppliers, and customers.
- Software Tools: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and documentation tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Project Management, Communications, or STEM.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Previous experience supporting Aerospace/Military business development, capture management, strategic programmatic communications or long-range strategic planning.
