Responsibilities
  • Define and manage project milestones to ensure alignment with product roadmaps and business objectives.
  • Oversee the overall project schedule, ensuring timely delivery by proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Determine critical milestone interdependencies to optimize resource allocation and project flow.
  • Address and resolve resource conflicts across teams, fostering collaboration and efficient workload management.
  • Drive the team to make definitive decisions, ensuring progress aligns with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings, enhancing communication and driving accountability among team members.
  • Utilize technical expertise in optics or optoelectronics to inform project direction and support team discussions.
  • Play a key role in high-visibility projects, contributing to innovative solutions and advancing the business unit's objectives.
     
     
     
Qualifications

 Must-Have:

  • Proven project management experience in tech-related industries
  • Proficient in MS Project for scheduling and tracking
  • Hands-on experience in transferring products to manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes

Nice-To-Have:

  • Familiarity with optical design or optoelectronics
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
  • Knowledge of FMEA principles
  • Experience with Agile methodologies for project execution
