  • Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized university.
  • Valid Registration with the State Physiotherapy Council (if applicable).
  • 0-1 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy.
  • Experience in Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) or outreach/mobile rehabilitation is preferred.
  • Strong clinical knowledge in Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Geriatric Rehabilitation.
  • Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and outcome measurement.
  • Experience in using electro therapy modalities and rehabilitation equipment.
  • Ability to prescribe home exercise programs and assistive devices.
  • Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in community and field settings.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru for mobile rehabilitation services.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, EMR/Data Entry, Digital Documentation).
  • Experience in documentation, reporting, and maintaining patient records.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Two-wheeler driving license or willingness to travel for field visits is preferred.
