Skills Required
- Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized university
- Valid registration with the State Physiotherapy Council, if applicable
- 0–1 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy
- Experience in Community-Based Rehabilitation or outreach/mobile rehabilitation
- Strong clinical knowledge in musculoskeletal, neurological, and geriatric rehabilitation
- Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and outcome measurement
- Experience using electrotherapy modalities and rehabilitation equipment
- Ability to prescribe home exercise programs and assistive devices
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in community and field settings
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru for mobile rehabilitation services
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office, EMR/data entry, and digital documentation
- Experience in documentation, reporting, and maintaining patient records
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Kannada
- Hindi language proficiency
- Two-wheeler driving license or willingness to travel for field visits
