What You'll Do
- You will work with the country manager and other key stakeholders to build the marketing strategy and the marketing mix that supports the growth goals of the Australian market
- You will be our primary media buyer and/or performance marketer – reviewing, auditing, and planning out the approach for our different channels to ensure high return on investment
- You will build and refine processes to detect points of improvement early on and take corrective action accordingly
- You will manage key internal and external relationships to enable effective and efficient execution of plans and achievement of results
- You will lead and upskill the Australia team in their ways of marketing to achieve superior results
- You will take on ad-hoc responsibilities necessary for the growth of the business
Who We're Looking For
- You have 5-10 years of working experience, primarily in the field of marketing with focus on media buying / performance marketing
- You have at least 3 years of experience in managing a team with members of different seniorities
- You are strongly data driven, and have an analytical background and interest
- You are knowledgeable and experienced with the different advertising and social media platforms such as Meta, Google, Tiktok, etc.
- Nice to have: Has lived/worked/studied in Australia for an extended period of time (>3 years)
- Nice to have: Experience in handling a market that is foreign to oneself
- Nice to have: Successful 0-1 experience
