Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead Design, deploy, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Optimize cloud resource usage to improve performance and cost efficiency
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Terraform or Azure DevOps
- Automate application deployments, configuration management, and updates
- Ensure zero-downtime deployments and rollback strategies
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using Splunk, Grafana, Azure AppInsights or Dynatrace
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime
- Enforce cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and apply security patches
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Write automation scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline operations
- Manage configuration using GitHub, GitHub Actions and Terraform
- Implement auto-scaling and self-healing architectures
- Deploy and manage containers using Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE) with autoscaling and service mesh
- Optimize container networking, storage, and security
- Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to implement DevOps best practices
- Document infrastructure, deployment processes, and troubleshooting steps
- Promote DevOps culture through automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of IT experience on contact center or Genesys IVR
- 3+ years of experience working on Monitoring tools like Splunk , Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace APM monitoring and setup
- 3+ years of experience in operations in contact center services
- 3+ years of Jenkins CI/CD experience
- 2+ years of Public Cloud (Azure,Google,AWS) experience
- 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
- 2+ years of monitoring enterprise application applications in both Azure, Google, AWS as well as on prem data centers
- 1+ years of experience with at least 1 scripting language such as Perl, Python or PowerShell
- 1+ years of experience with programmatic interaction with a relational database
- Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Application and Security logging experience
