Overall Purpose 

The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for driving awareness and demand for EWS brands and services by leading B2C marketing efforts through member financial institutions and resellers. This position shapes and executes partner marketing strategies, working closely with both internal cross-functional teams and partner marketing leads to share best practices and ensure brand and messaging consistency across all channels. The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and track the success of B2C partner marketing campaigns among top-tier FI partners —ensuring alignment with the brand’s broader growth goals and partnership priorities. 

Essential Functions  

  • Influences and supports development and execution of B2C and emerging channel partner marketing strategies.  

  • Assists in development and ongoing refinement of consumer marketing content toolkits for financial institutions (FI) to ensure consistent messaging and equip partners with actionable insights and best practice learnings.   

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including marketing teams, legal, compliance, regulatory, finance, and sales.  

  • Acts as the voice of our FI partners and as a key marketing contact during onboarding, coordinating with stakeholders on go-to-market plans to ensure alignment and impact.

  • Spearheads projects to enhance partner engagement and scale the partner marketing service model.  

  • Facilitates brand reviews with partners and Early Warning’s brand strategy team to ensure consistent messaging and branding. 

  • Evaluates the effectiveness of partner marketing activities and recommends strategic adjustments to improve impact. 

  • Upholds the company’s commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of all systems and data. 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field or equivalent experience. 

  • Typically, a minimum or 12 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or related field. 

  • Proven experience in acquisition or engagement marketing within the financial services or fintech sector. 

  • Experience working for either a start-up or high-growth organization, with the ability to adapt and scale rapidly. 

  • Highly results-driven, self-motivated, organized, with a proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment. 

  • Excellent cross-functional team player that can excel at both strategy and execution. 

  • Previous experience managing relationships with varying levels of seniority, creating successful marketing programs and go to market strategies for partnership 

  • High level of personal and professional integrity, sensitivity and confidentiality.

Physical Requirements 

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.
