Job Description

Looking for a motivated NGS Product Specialist III based in Mexico City or Monterrey to join our team in Latin America, focusing on the Mexican market. The role involves leading product adoption, sharing expertise, and supporting sales to achieve business goals in healthcare expansion.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Stay updated on industry trends in NGS for Reproductive Health and Oncology expertises.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our NGS products and provide product training/technical support to the sales team and distributors in the region.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other customer-facing activities.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs successfully.
  • Partner with the Regional Market team to analyze competitor activities and market trends to advise about product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Support market research to find opportunities and challenges in the market. Collaborate with the marketing team for local market promotions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals at different levels of influence.
  • Collect customer feedback to advise product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience acting as a product specialist or similar role within the healthcare or biotechnology industry, with a focus on NGS technology. (
  • Additional experience with Microarray is a differential.
  • Proven understanding of the Mexican healthcare market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, business, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as required, with availability to travel 50% of the working time.
