The Senior Multimedia Producer is responsible for leading the development and execution of compelling video, motion, and multimedia content that elevates the Topgolf brand across marketing campaigns, paid media, social media, experiential activations, partnerships, tourism and travel initiatives, events, and internal communications.

This role combines creative vision, production leadership, content strategy, and hands-on execution to deliver engaging visual storytelling while maintaining Topgolf's brand standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced multimedia professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, can manage productions from concept through final delivery, and is passionate about building scalable creative processes that drive business impact.

• Lead the planning, production, and execution of video content from concept through final delivery across brand campaigns, events, partnerships, tourism initiatives, and experiential activations.
• Produce high-quality video, motion graphics, animation, and multimedia content that brings marketing campaigns and digital experiences to life.
• Ensure all creative assets align with Topgolf brand standards and support strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and communications teams to develop compelling visual storytelling across multiple channels.

• Oversee multiple productions simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Develop production schedules, manage timelines, coordinate resources, and oversee post-production workflows.
• Establish and maintain production best practices, workflows, and scalable processes that improve operational efficiency.
• Provide creative direction and production leadership throughout every stage of the content lifecycle.

• Partner with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, Social Media, Partnerships, Events, and Communications to identify content opportunities and execute creative initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external production partners, agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Present creative concepts, production plans, and project updates to stakeholders while balancing business needs with creative excellence.

• Edit and deliver polished video content using Adobe Premiere Pro while creating engaging motion graphics and animations in Adobe After Effects.
• Optimize content for social media, paid media, digital marketing, experiential displays, and internal communications.
• Continuously evaluate emerging production technologies, creative trends, and workflow improvements that enhance the team's capabilities.

• Drive continuous improvements in production workflows, asset management, and creative operations.
• Help scale Topgolf's video and motion capabilities through innovative production strategies and efficient content creation processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve collaboration, consistency, and creative quality across multimedia initiatives.

• 5+ years of professional experience in multimedia production, video production, creative services, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end video productions from concept development through final delivery.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications and post-production workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and multimedia storytelling.
• Experience creating content for social media, paid media, digital marketing, experiential marketing, events, and brand campaigns.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority productions simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of production planning, creative operations, and multimedia workflows.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, brand, and external production partners.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for storytelling, creative innovation, and delivering memorable brand experiences.
