Manages the full lifecycle of end-user computing devices, including provisioning, imaging, deployment, onboarding, offboarding, inventory, shipping, repairs, asset documentation, secure data wiping, and disposal. Supports Windows, macOS, and iPad devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot while maintaining hardware stock and coordinating equipment needs with HR, IT, managers, employees, and carriers.

Provides mentorship through code reviews and design discussions, leads cross-team technical initiatives, and evaluates AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.

Produces financial statements and supports month-end, quarterly, and annual close activities. Prepares journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and technical accounting analyses under GAAP and ASC 842. Owns day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of Topgolf’s OneStream financial platform. Supports financial close, consolidation, reconciliations, transaction matching, cash flow reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, integrations, reporting, testing, documentation, and end-user training. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, and Technology teams to deliver scalable financial systems solutions and improve reporting outcomes.

Owns global treasury, liquidity, debt portfolio, capital structure, cash forecasting, capex governance, and investment discipline. Partners with the CFO, executives, board, lenders, and financial sponsors on financing, capital allocation, refinancing, M&A, valuation, and strategic investment decisions. Builds scalable treasury and strategic finance capabilities, processes, controls, and teams for a capital-intensive, multi-site business.

Leads multiple technology projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication. Coordinates product, engineering, design, marketing, BI, sales, and operations teams while resolving blockers and driving decisions. Maintains project artifacts, reports status to senior leaders, manages competing timelines, and contributes to PMO processes in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Partners with product, design, QA, and platform teams to prioritize initiatives, manage risks, and deliver secure, observable, scalable membership experiences.

Administer and enhance the Salesforce platform, including user access, security, custom objects, automation, reports, dashboards, data quality, integrations, and AppExchange solutions. Gather requirements, support business stakeholders, train users, document processes, troubleshoot production issues, and monitor Salesforce releases. The role requires a Salesforce Administrator certification, strong declarative configuration skills, data management experience, and willingness to work in the office four days weekly with rotational on-call coverage.
