Position Overview:
We're seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to help shape how Ceribell wins in the market. This role owns the commercial narrative that connects data, insights, and strategy into the tools and programs that drive adoption — from product launches to field enablement to national events. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product, Go-to-Market, Clinical, and Training to bring Ceribell's current and next-generation platforms to market, build the clinical and economic case for adoption, and support field success at the account level.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but can drive tangible, commercially relevant results with minimal direction.
What you’ll do:
- Value & Insight Tools
- Own the development and deployment of data tools and economic models that quantify and communicate Ceribell's clinical and commercial value to the field, including support for business cases and Value Analysis Committee submissions.
- Market & Sales Analytics
- Analyze sales data and market trends to uncover insights that sharpen account targeting, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Customer & Account Strategy
- Partner with Sales to develop customer- and account-specific messaging, including value proposition articulation and competitive positioning, and present directly to customers to support key deals.
- Launch Strategy & Execution
- Partner with Product, Go-to-Market, and Sales to help shape strategy, messaging, pricing, and sales materials for the launch of Ceribell's next-generation platforms.
- Field & Event Strategy
- Drive field and market engagement by organizing and running local, regional, and national events, both live and virtual.
- Training & Adoption
- Partner with the training team to design programs that accelerate clinical adoption and field readiness.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in med device, biotech, pharma, or life sciences, with experience spanning marketing strategy, product launches, or commercial/sales operations
- Proven track record building strategic tools (data/analytics tools, business cases, launch plans) that drive commercial results
- Experience developing go-to-market strategy or sales enablement materials
- Working knowledge of the U.S. reimbursement landscape (coding, coverage, payment) and health economics principles, a plus
- Analytical rigor — able to synthesize sales, market, and clinical data into clear, actionable strategy
- A clear communicator who can translate complex concepts for both sales teams and hospital stakeholders
- Innate curiosity — you dig into the "why" behind market and account dynamics
- Ownership mindset — able to operate independently with sound judgment and minimal direction
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Ability to travel up to 15-20%
