Job overview:
We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, supporting brand and product initiatives, and generating leads to drive business growth. As a key player in our marketing team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design.
Job Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing and implementing end-to end user journeys/promotion from onboarding to reactivation using in-house tools or Marketing CRM Tool
- Analyze daily campaigns & promotions, deliver key insights & optimize.
- Coordinate with product/BI/Marketing and execute A/B test on the production environment
- Presenting daily/ weekly/ monthly reports of promotional campaigns
- Do Competitor research and suggest meaningful insights and enhancements periodically
- Work closely with content/design Team to develop assets for Promotions
Qualifications & skills required:

B.Tech or a bachelor’s degree.

1+ years in product or marketing execution

Good analytical skills and attention to detail

Good Excel skills are mandatory.

Knowledge of CRM tools like Webengage or Clevertap is preferred

Understanding of Databases, SQL or Tableau is preferred

Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with Stakeholders
