Company Overview:
Gainbridge, a part of the Group 1001 enterprise, is a self-managed, innovative, digital platform providing its clients with direct access to trusted financial products to smartly grow their savings over time. Gainbridge strives to offer products through its platform that are simple, intuitive, and backed by smart technology with no complexity or hidden fees. Why this role matters:
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to own the execution engine behind our marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on affiliate. You'll run a portfolio of campaigns end to end — from setup and stakeholder alignment through launch, compliance approval, and results readout — while helping the broader team ship cleanly across their own channels. This is a hands-on execution and coordination role for someone who's organized, detail-obsessed, and energized by turning a campaign brief into a live, measurable program. Because we operate in a regulated space, precision and comfort working through legal and compliance review are essential.
This is a role you can grow into and shape. As you get to know our marketing engine, you'll have room to explore across our Brand work (CTV, linear, radio, sports sponsorships) and the wider Performance Marketing portfolio (Google, Meta, Affiliate, AppFollio, YouTube, Bing) — following what you're most curious about and building genuine depth there. We'll partner with you to turn those interests into a career path that's yours to craft, whether that's going deep as a channel specialist or broadening into cross-channel strategy.
While this is a remote role, the preference is that this role is able to meet with the marketing team who also live in New York City to work together 2-3 times a week.
How you'll contribute:
Own a portfolio of marketing campaigns designed to drive incremental revenue and customer acquisition, managing end-to-end setup and delivery, particularly across Affiliate partners.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution for one or more channels on an ad hoc basis.
Support the wider team with end-to-end campaign setup and delivery in their respective channels.
Partner with marketing, strategy, and external partner teams to understand campaign objectives, develop go-to-market execution and testing plans, and launch campaigns across owned and partner channels.
Collaborate on messaging and creative development — owning reviews with internal stakeholders and shepherding approvals through product, legal, and compliance.
Develop and maintain campaign execution calendars and track team capacity.
Participate in campaign results analyses, understanding customer behavior and translating findings into recommendations that sharpen future campaign performance.
What we're looking for:
1–3 years of marketing experience; agency experience strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta.
Strong project management instincts — you keep multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders moving without dropping details.
Clear, proactive communicator who can align cross-functional and external partners.
Comfort operating in a regulated environment, with the rigor to navigate legal and compliance review.
An analytical mindset — you're curious about performance data and what it says about customer behavior.
Strong communicator who can articulate strategies, tradeoffs, and launch results to Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, and Executive stakeholders.
Excited for ownership mindset with the ability to independently chart strategy, execute, and iterate quickly in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Sigma, Confluence/Jira, Impact, and/or Haus.
Affiliate marketing or partner-channel experience.
Fintech or Insurtech experience, particularly launching new financial or insurance products.
Agency, startup or high-growth background, especially in 0-to-1 product environments.
Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The total compensation for this position ranges from $90,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $120,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Benefits Highlights:
Employees who meet benefit eligibility guidelines and work 30 hours or more weekly, have the ability to enroll in Group 1001’s benefits package. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the Company’s comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plan options. Employees are also eligible for Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance, Short and Long-Term Disability. All employees (regardless of hours worked) have immediate access to the Company’s Employee Assistance Program and wellness programs—no enrollment is required. Employees may also participate in the Company’s 401K plan, with matching contributions by the Company.
