- Drive modernization initiatives, balancing investments between sustaining mission-critical legacy applications and adopting modern cloud-native architectures.
- Oversee development of enterprise-grade software solutions using C++, Java, microservices, cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and containerized platforms.
- Champion engineering best practices including Agile development, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, security, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Partner with architects, product managers, power system domain experts, and global engineering teams to translate customer and utility requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous learning across teams.
- Drive software quality, performance, reliability, and scalability through architecture reviews, code quality initiatives, and engineering governance.
