Job Description

Just imagine guiding the decisions that keep supply and demand in balance across the LEGO® business. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Sr. Manager, S&OP (Maternity Cover), you'll play a pivotal role on the Global S&OP team, helping drive the balance between supply and demand and supporting critical business decisions across the LEGO Group. This 12‑month contract offers the chance to contribute to a highly visible process that influences business performance while helping the organisation navigate both opportunities and challenges. You'll quickly become part of the monthly S&OP cycle, delivering high-quality materials, building strong networks, identifying risks, challenging assumptions, and providing analysis that supports decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Delivered executive presentations using PowerPoint, including data visualisation for senior stakeholders.
  • Performed supply chain or financial analysis using Excel to support business decisions.
  • Worked across multiple functional areas and time zones, both virtually and in person.
  • Built experience within S&OP, analytical supply chain roles, or comparable cross-functional business environments.
  • Presented recommendations and insights to senior leaders and decision-makers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Applied Power BI to analyse data and communicate business insights.
  • Contributed to process improvement initiatives that enhanced ways of working.

What you'll build

  • High-quality materials that support the monthly S&OP cycle.
  • Strong relationships with input providers and stakeholders across the business.
  • Analysis that identifies risks, validates data, and supports informed decisions.
  • Improvements that strengthen process execution and team effectiveness.
  • Support for broader strategic projects and ad hoc analyses when business needs arise.

If you've worked in a role where you balanced analytical work with stakeholder engagement and senior-level communication, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to translate insights into action while maintaining a high standard of delivery.

Life on the team

You'll join Global S&OP within Global Supply Chain Operations, a team responsible for helping the organisation optimise the balance between supply and demand. The team works closely together, sharing information openly and supporting one another throughout the monthly cycle. Our hybrid rhythm typically brings us together in person three days each week. Collaboration, stakeholder management, process ownership, critical thinking, and teamwork are a natural part of how we work and learn from one another.

What success looks like

Success means becoming a trusted contributor to the established S&OP process, delivering timely and accurate materials while helping the team navigate a changing business environment. You'll work closely with S&OP colleagues, commercial and operations partners, and stakeholders across Billund and globally. Over time, you'll be recognised for identifying risks early, bringing fresh perspectives, and helping strengthen decision-making across the process.

The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
