Job Description

Do you have the commercial expertise to help strengthen our business while partnering with leaders across the LEGO® markets?
 

Join us to influence commercial decisions by optimizing Trade Investments, driving transformation, and balancing immediate priorities with long-term growth.
 

This is a 1 year contract and no relocation assistance is offered for this position. Coverage of benefits for contractual positions may change or vary.
 

Core Responsibilities
 

Lead regional Customer Prioritization & Investment agenda:

  • Provide Market Group (MG) input into development & enhancements, including participation in market testing with global Revenue Management & Pricing (MG&P)
  • Lead regional deployment of Customer Segmentation Model (CSM), with support from global RM&P
  • Drive governance of annual CSM process within region
  • Drive visibility & governance of actual investments vs. CSM, specifically during Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP), Joint Business Planning (JBP) and during quarterly Trade Investment (TI) reviews
     

Drive deployment and execution of Multi Channel Pricing (MCP) framework across all markets in APAC.
 

Lead regional Trade Investment Productivity agenda:

  • Drive effective TI Management across region using globally defined processes & tools to deliver control, governance, and visibility of spends
  • Lead promotional effectiveness agenda across region by driving regionally relevant initiatives
  • Facilitate TI reviews with feedback from Business Units, feeding into a global TI review, in partnership with the regional Finance Business Partner (FBP)
  • Drive conditionality improvements in our trade term contracts across key customers in APAC

You will lead the Revenue Management pillar within APAC Regional Commercial Development (RCD) team in Singapore by rolling out strategic initiatives & processes to drive the region’s agenda for Revenue Management.
 

This role will lead the organization’s ambition to drive greater discipline and awareness of Trade Investment spends with the end goal of improving the efficiency of Investment.
You will be a core member of Revenue Management Sub-CIF who is responsible for representing APAC to define & recommend RM&P agenda & strategic priorities to Global team. This includes sharing RM&P best practices.


Do you have what it takes?

  • Solid experience in revenue management, commercial finance, strategic finance, data analysis and project management.
  • Proficient with Excel (e.g. Pivot tables) and Dashboards
  • Very comfortable handling with numbers and spreadsheets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks concurrently and pay meticulous attention to details.
  • Experience working on deploying sales operation processes (E.g. Customer Incentive frameworks, Trade Promotion tools)
