Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Manager - Quality located in Dallas, TX.

Reporting to the VP, Operations, the Sr Manager - Quality will develop, implement, and coordinate product assurance program to prevent or eliminate defects in new or existing products.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Leads product assurance strategy, aligning quality programs with business goals, production capabilities, and market trends.
  • Develops and continuously improves quality systems, controls, and procedures to support product development and manufacturing.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to define policies, operational goals, and budget planning for quality programs.
  • Drives cross-functional alignment by leading quality management reviews and coordinating activities across departments.
  • Serves as primary interface with customers and regulatory bodies, managing audits, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Identifies and resolves technical and supplier quality issues through collaboration with engineering teams and external vendors.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience developing, implementing and maintaining quality systems or related area.
  • Demonstrates expert-level functional, technical, and people/process management skills with strong internal and external customer engagement.
  • Possesses deep knowledge of the function and strong understanding of Flex business operations and strategic impact across sites.
  • Applies broad, cross-functional expertise across multiple technologies, processes, and industries, recognizing interdependencies.
  • Ensures compliance with complex system requirements and national/international regulatory standards.
  • Utilizes a wide range of technical skills and tools across electronics assembly, testing, inspection, mechanical operations, and warehouse functions.
