Position Overview:
The Sr. Accounting Coordinator will act as a primary point of contact between internal departments and the accounting team, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. This role is essential for maintaining the company's financial health by overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping, billing, and reporting processes.
What You'll Do

• Strategic & Governance
• Define and execute the information security strategy aligned with business
  objectives
• Own security policies, standards, and frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST
  CSF)
• Lead risk assessments, threat modelling, and security architecture reviews
• Drive compliance programs (data residency, regulatory requirements)
• Manage security budgets and vendor relationships
  Operational
• Oversee identity & access management (IAM), vulnerability management,
  and incident response
• Establish and maintain security monitoring, alerting, and response
  playbooks
• Lead security reviews for new technologies, integrations, and PoCs
• Ensure security SLAs and KPIs are met across the organization
  Cross-Functional
• Partner with Engineering, Cloud, IT, and Product teams to embed security
  into SDLC
• Advise on data protection, encryption, and privacy controls
• Represent security in architecture review boards and change advisory
  processes

We're Excited to Learn More About You

• Deep understanding of at least 2-3 security domains (IAM, cloud security,
  application security, data protection)
• Ability to review architecture decisions and threat models at a technical
  level
• Familiarity with cloud-native security (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern
  identity stacks (Okta, Entra, PAM/PIM)
• Hands-on experience with security tooling (SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability
  scanners, EDR)
• Understanding of automation and scripting for security operations (Python,
  Tines, etc.)
• Data-driven approach to measuring security posture and risk reduction

Qualifications & Skills
8-12+ years in information security, with 3-5+ years in a
leadership/management role
Track record of building or scaling a security team
Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
Education
Bachelor's in CS, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
Master's (nice-to-have, not essential)
