PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Global Mobility Senior Manager is responsible for developing and managing international mobility programs that support the strategic movement of talent across borders. This role ensures compliance with immigration, tax, and labor laws while delivering a seamless relocation experience for employees and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage global mobility programs, including international assignments, permanent transfers, and remote work arrangements.
- Oversee immigration, tax, and relocation processes in partnership with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement global mobility policies and procedures aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding mobility-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure smooth transitions and accurate compensation delivery.
- Monitor global mobility trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and competitiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships, including relocation providers, tax advisors, and immigration counsel.
- Analyze mobility data and provide insights to support workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Manage the Global Mobility Team

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in global mobility, international HR, or expatriate management.
- Strong knowledge of global immigration, tax, and labor regulations.
- Experience managing international assignments and relocations across multiple regions.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or related certification.
- Experience with global mobility platforms (e.g., Equus, AssignmentPro).
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits for mobile employees.
