Responsibilities
- The Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications role is responsible for all Operations associated with our Enterprise Application Stack, comprising Vendor Selection, Implementation, Integration, Training, Adoption, Usage, Engagement, Replacement, Reliability, Application Development, Service Desk.
- Identifying best-fit modern vendors
- Drafting RFIs and RFPs
- Conducting demos and bake-offs
- Assisting Pricing and contracting
- Keeping abreast with the latest developments and scheduling replacements
- Forming an indepth understanding of each Enterprise App and every feature and capability
- Architecting the integration into our organizational Enterprise App Stack including SSO, Data Lake, Reliability Monitoring, Analytics
- Overseeing the Implementation, Configuration of the Enterprise App and seamless migration from existing systems
- Creating and disseminating Process documents and training videos
- Measuring and promoting usage
- Sharing best practices and tips for optimizing productivity
- Monitoring and delivering high uptime, availability and response time
- Leveraging lowcode / nocode platforms such as Retool to develop internal Enterprise apps
- Defining and managing the Data architecture and data engineering pipelines
- Managing data analytics dashboards for all Enterprise Apps
- Running and operating the Service desk for all Enterprise Apps

- 15+ years experience comprising a mix of:
- In-depth understanding of data engineering pipelines and data analytics
- In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture and site reliability engineering
- Business acumen and experience in negotiating vendor contracts
- Ability to manage teams
a. Customer facing techno-commercial roles such as Enterprise SaaS Implementation
b. Hands-on Software development experience
c. Hands-on Software project management
