  • Partner with product, e-commerce, and sales teams to execute email strategies that drive both online and branch traffic.

Data & Performance Optimization

  • Conduct A/B testing and customer behavior analysis to improve targeting and messaging across the funnel.

Compliance & Deliverability

  • Ensure full compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and internal data governance policies.
  • Optimize list health, sender reputation, and deliverability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between Digital Marketing, IT, Sales, and Branch/Sales Operations to ensure marketing programs align with business goals.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategies across channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital/email marketing; 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a complex, multi-channel environment.
