The Sr. Manager, SAP – Lead to Cash (L2C) will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP sales and distribution solutions. This role requires deep expertise in SAP L2C processes and strong leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. The position focuses on optimizing order-to-cash processes, pricing strategies, and customer interaction workflows to support business growth and operational efficiency. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leadership & Strategy: 

  • Lead the SAP L2C team in solution design, configuration, and deployment. 

  • Define and maintain business processes for sales and distribution, including pricing, output determination, and order management. 

  • Solution Delivery: 

  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. 

  • Oversee integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM) and external systems. 

  • Operational Excellence: 

  • Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate resolution across business and IT teams. 

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices. 

  • Collaboration: 

  • Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and projects. 

  • Interface with vendors and external partners for solution delivery and support. 

  • Continuous Improvement: 

  • Stay current on SAP innovations and recommend improvements to enhance system capabilities. 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 

  • 10+ years of SAP SD experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. 

  • Expertise in SAP SD configuration (pricing, VOFM routines, output determination, access sequences). 

  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and integration points with other SAP modules. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications. 

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. 

  • Knowledge of SAP integration tools and cloud platforms.
