Serve as strategic HR advisor to Americas Commercial leaders, driving workforce planning, organizational design, large-scale change initiatives, and leadership development to build scalable, high-performance teams and succession pipelines.

Support Key Account Representatives by managing strategic wholesale partners across Canada: process orders, maintain inventory visibility, resolve account issues, recommend product assortments, coordinate cross-functionally, support launches and promotions, and build relationships to drive account growth and operational excellence.

Drive soft-goods product development from concept through production readiness. Collaborate with design, materials, category, quality, and factory partners to produce tech packs, troubleshoot construction and materials, manage sampling, testing, and ensure design intent and manufacturability.

The Sr. Industrial Designer will lead the design of YETI luggage and bags, translating consumer insights into innovative products while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead and deliver enterprise Talent initiatives and PMO operations: define scope, governance, plans, and metrics; manage cross-functional stakeholders, intake, prioritization, issue tracking, reporting, change management, and adoption for Talent programs including M&A, international expansion, and contingent workforce.

Execute and optimize lifecycle email and SMS programs (welcome, abandoned cart/browse, post-purchase). Run A/B and multivariate tests, pull performance reports, manage campaign setup/QA/tagging, maintain documentation and calendars, ensure accurate segmentation and tracking, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and MarTech partners to improve customer communications.

Drive soft-goods product development from concept to production readiness. Collaborate with design, materials, manufacturing, quality, and validation teams; lead sampling, create technical drawing packages, troubleshoot materials/trim, and ensure production release and product quality.

The FP&A Manager will lead revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and commercial decision support for YETI's European business, partnering with various teams to drive financial performance and planning processes.

Manage product compliance and safety initiatives, monitor regulatory operations, analyze safety data, and collaborate with teams to mitigate risks and support product development.

Provide day-to-day sales support for EMEA wholesale and retail accounts: manage inbound orders and queries, enter purchase orders, track stock and deliveries, handle warranty claims, create pro-forma invoices, liaise with warehouses and accounting, set up new retailers, and manage enquiries via Zendesk to ensure timely order fulfillment and strong customer relationships.

Serve as a frontline Talent partner for UK managers and employees, balancing talent acquisition support, employee relations, onboarding, talent process execution, reporting, and HR operational tasks to ensure compliant, consistent, and high-quality employee and candidate experiences.

Lead strategic sourcing and supplier development across a global footprint. Develop and execute sourcing strategies, support new product development (RFP/RFQ to award), negotiate contracts, identify cost-reduction and capacity risks, and drive continuous improvement and digital transformation opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost, compliance, and supply continuity. Role requires domestic and international travel.

The Senior Data Engineer will design and operate the data platform, build ELT/ETL pipelines, optimize data performance, and ensure data quality while collaborating with business teams.

Provide onsite executive administrative support to multiple senior leaders: manage calendars, expense reports, travel, communications, meetings, events, visitor coordination, mail and inventory, and prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office.

Lead and execute global supply chain projects to improve logistics and fulfillment operations. Manage cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, budgets, documentation, reporting, risk identification, and vendor relationships to deliver strategic and tactical supply chain improvements.

Manage SAP GRC administration and segregation of duties analysis, evaluate risks, implement improvements, support audits, administer GRC rulesets and modules, coordinate access reviews, assist with upgrades, UAT, and end-user training to maintain SOX compliance.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable: prepare and reconcile invoices and credit notes, monitor collections and ageing, allocate payments, handle customer AR inquiries, support month-end close and bank reconciliations, assist AP and general ledger tasks, and participate in process and system improvements.
