Synopsis of the role:
Embark on a dynamic journey our Sr Key Account Manager, Tamil Nadu based out of Chennai Nurturing and cultivating client relationships to fuel business growth

What you’ll do

  •  Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of Key clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.

  • Primary focus on Large Private banks and NBFC of TN Acquire new logos and service them

  • Expand the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that that meet their objectives

  • Ensure correct products and services are delivered to clients in timely manner Serve as a link of communications between key clients and internal team

  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients leading from the front

  • Regular follow up and collection coordination of invoices raised Achieve revenue targets assignedSynopsis of the role:

What experience you need 

  • Good understanding of Key banking process within the bank and Financial institutions

  • Minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in BFSI

  • Graduate / Post Graduate from an institution of repute

  • Proven experience as a key account Manager

  • Excellent organizational Skills

  • Willingness to adapt into credit bureau business

  • Ready to Relocate to Chennai

  • Relationship with Key decision makers of NBFC/Banks desirable and not prerequisite

  • Working knowledge in CRM tools

  • Willingness to travel
