We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Analyst to join our team in the Center Valley, PA area or Atlanta GA area. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Workday experience specializing in HR Core, Talent, Time, and Compensation modules. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our Workday system, ensuring seamless HR processes, and supporting key business objectives. Additionally, this role will help deploy Workday at Shift4, working with global HR teams to consolidate processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and automate workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HR Core, Talent, Time, and Compensation modules.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules to support business needs and enhance system functionality.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and rollouts, ensuring minimal disruptions.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective Workday adoption.
  • Provide day to day support for production environment. Provide support for issues related to HR Systems by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issues.
  • Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Work with global HR teams to consolidate processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Participate in Workday releases, assessing new features, and recommending adoption strategies all modules.

Qualifications:

  • 3 plus years of hands-on Workday experience, specifically in HR Core, Talent, Time, and Compensation modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience configuring, testing, and troubleshooting Workday functionality.
  • Proficiency in Workday reporting and dashboard development.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
  • Workday certifications (preferred but not required).
