Operating within the HR Partnership Model, this role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on support for an assigned client group. The Senior HR Business Partner influences strategy within their area, advises management on important matters, and applies internal and external insights to organizational, talent, and employee challenges.
What You Will Do- Develop and execute organization-level HR strategies that align organizational structure, culture, and talent with business goals.
- Partner with leaders, managers, and employees on organizational and employee matters, providing coaching, HR process expertise, and general HR guidance.
- Serve as the HR partner of record for an assigned client group, applying specialized depth and/or breadth of HR expertise to business and organizational needs.
- Interpret internal and external business challenges, stay informed of relevant industry trends, and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
- Advise management within the function and/or business, contributing to decision-making on important matters and influencing perspectives on complex topics.
- Evaluate complex tasks and problems using a high level of judgment, assess the quality of available information, ask pertinent questions of stakeholders, and develop recommendations using multiple internal and selected external sources.
- Develop solutions to problems outside established parameters and communicate difficult concepts effectively to influence consideration of different options or points of view.
- Lead functional teams or projects when required, including initiatives with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity, while supporting service, quality, and timeliness objectives.
- Master’s degree from an accredited university or college; and a minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, including HR Business Partnership.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
