The Sr. GPO plays an important role in enterprise transformation by driving process standardization, SAP-enabled improvements, automation, and data-driven decision-making, while building strong collaboration across business and technical teams.
Role expectations
- Own the global end-to-end OTC and PTM process strategy, standards, governance, and change control.
- Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, assess risks and dependencies, and recommend scalable process and system solutions.
- Drive SAP-enabled process improvements, automation, and harmonization of supporting tools across regions.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to improve service, quality, compliance, efficiency, and overall process performance.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and regional teams to support adoption, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate process risks, decisions, priorities, and progress clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience with a background in process improvement, production operations, finance business processes, program management, change management, and prioritization governance.
- Strong experience in Sales Order Management and Production / Manufacturing-related processes.
- Comprehensive experience in process design, optimization, and cross-functional business process management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA with OTC/PTM related processes and supporting systems is strongly preferred.
- Experience in global or multi-region organizations preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with MES is a plus.
- Affinity for automation, process simplification, and digital transformation.
- Fluent English required.
- Additional experience with related SAP modules or regional business process tools is an advantage.
