We are currently searching for a Sr Full-Stack .NET Developer:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Develop, enhance, and maintain application and integration components across a mixed .NET ecosystem, including web applications, APIs/services, console applications, and background processing.
• Support front-end and UI layers primarily utilizing React and ASP.NET MVC, while also providing support for legacy ASP.NET Web Forms and other existing UI technologies as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and service requests, performing root cause isolation and implementing pragmatic fixes that prioritize stability, simplicity, and business value.
• Build and maintain integrations between internal applications and third-party systems (including ERP integrations), using clear domain language and avoiding unnecessary complexity.
• Work extensively with SQL Server on the data side (queries, stored procedures, data design considerations) to support application functionality, performance, and reliable integrations.
• Use Git-based source control and collaborate in Azure DevOps repositories; contribute to improving build/release practices ranging from mature CI/CD pipelines to legacy deployments.
• Identify and document technical debt and reliability risks; propose and implement incremental improvements, including application modernization activities aligned to the global cloud (Azure) program.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and deliver high-priority work with high quality and low defect rates, aligned to team focus and IT service commitments.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure the production of safe packaging, correctly performing all quality procedures under your responsibility.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• More 3 yrs experience hands-on development experience in .NET (C#) for backend services and web applications.
• Solid experience with front-end technologies ASP.NET MVC.
• Ability and willingness to support and maintain legacy ASP.NET Web Forms solutions.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, and data design).
• Experience with Git-based source control and collaborative workflows in Azure DevOps repositories.
• Practical understanding of ITSM/ITIL practices for incident response and service request fulfillment.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Experiencie with React
• Experience supporting integrations with ERP systems (e.g., Infor LN).
• Experience participating in application modernization and technical debt reduction initiatives in Azure environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages
