Job Responsibilities:

Experiencia y conocimientos:

  • Calidad, lanzamientos y procesos de la industria automotriz y proveedores – 5 años.
  • SQA/SQE – 2 años -  Industria automotriz/aeroespacial –  Conocer varios commodities
  • APQP/PPAP - 2 años  Experiencia en documentación completa como QE
  • Ingeniería en manufactura/Calidad – 2 años  Industria automotriz/aeroespacial – Conocer varios commodities
  • IATF 16949/VDA – 1 año   Entrenamiento de auditorías a proveedores
  • Iso 14001 – 1 año

Skills Required

  • 5 years experience in quality, launches and supplier processes in the automotive industry
  • 2 years SQA/SQE experience in automotive or aerospace and knowledge of multiple commodities
  • 2 years APQP/PPAP experience, full documentation experience as a Quality Engineer
  • 2 years manufacturing/quality engineering experience in automotive or aerospace, knowledge of multiple commodities
  • 1 year experience with IATF 16949 and VDA including supplier audit training
  • 1 year experience with ISO 14001
  • Solid command of core quality tools: MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, ANPQP, QPN
  • Knowledge of customer-specific requirements and portals
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
  • Experience with problem-solving methodologies (8D, 3X5W, Redex, DMAIC)
  • Leadership, teamwork, responsibility, and self-directed work style
  • Lean Manufacturing certification
