Core Responsibilities
In this global role, as Senior Finance Manager, you will be partnering towards Supply Chain Planning within Operations. You will be instrumental in securing that the right trade-offs from a financial perspective have been considered when balancing supply and demand, drive inventory management optimization and support transforming the Supply Chain Planning capability within the LEGO Group.
Specifically, you will:
Finance leads into the Supply & Demand Planning process
Finance lead for capacity-related equipment investments
Finance lead for inventory management & optimization
Finance lead towards Digital Transformation Enablers
Finance support to build risk management capabilities
Finance lead on company-wide transformational projects
Support Operating Model trade-offs

Based in our Headquarters in Billund, you will join the Global Operations Finance Partnering team. More specifically, you will be part of a team focusing on Distribution, S&OP, capacity planning, inventory management and operating model optimization. The team has a global footprint and a global stakeholder landscape.
Balancing supply and demand has become increasingly important as uncertainty remains high across the globe. The S&OP process is the natural place for doing exactly that across a global company like the LEGO Group. Additionally, in times of strong commercial momentum, it is critical that we secure capacity ahead of demand while making sound investment decisions.
Do you have what it takes?
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
+5 years of finance business experience within the finance area of a global company
Experience from Supply Chain or Operations
Strong collaboration/networking competencies
Strong analytical skills
Strong sr. stakeholder engagement skills (written and oral)
Proven business case experience
Ideally experience from a global production company
Ideally commercial experience
Courage, curiosity & confidence
Proficiency in English
