SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Ensure seamless IT support for penguins in the local company, resolving daily tech issues to maintain optimal productivity. Leverage Power BI, Power Apps, and Office 365 tools to deliver insightful reports, enabling smarter decisions and smoother operations across the business. Empower efficiency through proactive service and data-driven solutions.This role is based in Ranjangaon , Pune and reports to IT - Lead.
Responsibilities:
- End - User IT Support & Training, provide day to day troubleshooting and support for IT system and software, manager caretaker tickets, and conducting training to ensure effective use of digital tools.
- Technology Optimization & Innovation, stay updated with technological advancements, recommend improvements, and contribute to optimize IT solutions aligned with business needs and market expansion.
- Vendor coordination & Infrastructure Management, collaborate with IT vendor for system installation and issue resolution, ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining compliance through regular reviews of contracts and licenses.
- Incident & Service Request Management, lead local / regional improvement projects to promote digital workflows, conduct training, and develop or integrate new solutions aligned with global & regional strategies.
- Compliance & Security Assurance, ensure local IT infrastructure meets Group IT standards and security policies through regular assessments and audits to prevent business disruptions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
Qualifications & Experience- Graduate in Computer Engineering or related field, with IT as the primary focus.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in IT desktop support and report development.
- Proven ability to manage IT infrastructure and support needs of a manufacturing unit.
- Strong proficiency in Office 365 suite, including:
- OneDrive
- SharePoint
- Outlook
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of Windows 10 & 11 operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.
- Basic knowledge of networking and routing principles.
- Skilled in troubleshooting hardware issues related to laptops, desktops, and printers.
