As a Business Management Associate within the COS Business Management team, you will support the Global Head of Trade Client Service Business, becoming a key partner in advancing the group's strategic agenda. You will collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality executive communications, drive process improvements, and ensure data integrity for business reporting. Your role will be pivotal in fostering innovation, efficiency, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality presentations that simplify complex ideas for leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Support the creation of agendas and materials for executive events, including leadership offsites and client visits.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in executive and ad hoc reports, tracking performance trends and recommending improvements.
- Lead and participate in collaborative initiatives to enhance business processes and drive innovation.
- Provide responsive support to executive ad-hoc requests, including business analysis and presentation development.
- Oversee strategic business communications, including video messages, year-end messages, and organization announcements.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Services or Business Management.
- Demonstrated execution experience with strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working with senior managers and global teams.
- Shift timing - 3PM- 12 AM IST

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
- Robust ownership skills with a proactive approach to driving results and meeting deliverables.
- Experience in Payments, Business Management, and Governance.
