What You’ll Be Doing:
A Sr Director oversees the activities of key strategic initiatives for Evolent and Evolent partners, including operational execution, risk mitigation, and value optimization.
Essential FunctionsContribution and Impact:
• Shape enterprise-wide strategy and influence long-term planning for strategic initiatives, inclusive of medical expense initiatives, clinical programs, and vendor relationships.
• Coordination across the organization to ensure operational success of initiatives and manage financial risks associated with operations.
• Accountable owner for gainshare calculations and financial monitoring and forecasting.
Influence and Communication:
• Presents insights and guides stakeholders in data-driven decision making.
• Coordinates with key stakeholders internally and externally and ensures strong alignment across Evolent and partner clinical and operational organizations.
• Communicates complex analyses to internal and external executives.
Strategy & Innovation:
• Drive innovation through scalable, repeatable solutions.
• Evaluates input from analytics reporting, medical economics, subject matter experts to make recommendations and strategic decisions on potential future and existing initiatives.
Leadership:
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of related experience, with at least 5 to 7 years of healthcare experience.
• Experience with financial analyses, forecasting, or actuarial analysis.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization as well as with Evolent partners.
• Demonstrable skill in navigating ambiguity and driving clarity for team that supports strategic initiatives.
• Thrives in dynamic environments that require flexibility and critical thinking.
• Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different organizations and personalities.
• Ability to multitask, priorities, adapt to change, and manage a project from start to finish.

As a Sr Director, Analytics, you will be required to fulfill your responsibilities while meeting the following general performance criteria for this position at this level:

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $150,000-160,000. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.Skills Required
