About Role
本ポジションは、担当領域における中長期的なビジネス開発を牽引するディレクター職です。社内各部門と密に連携しながら、国会議員、政府機関、主要自治体のキーパーソン、産学民のインフルエンサーとの戦略的関係を強化。営業やテクノロジー部門との協働により、AIをはじめとするSalesforceの最新テクノロジーを用いた行政DX(行政の生産性向上、住民サービスの高度化、新たな行政の付加価値の提供)および社会課題解決を推進するリーダーを求めます。また、イベント登壇や各種団体参加等を通じて、公共領域における当社のAIおよびクラウドのバリューを社内外へ発信する役割も期待されます。
Key Responsibilities
日本政府、中央省庁、地方自治体などのステークホルダーとの強固なリレーションを構築し、顧客のゴールに即した中長期的な公共ビジネス戦略を立案・推進する。 担当領域の責任者として、社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、政策提言からプロジェクト化、官民連携スキームの構築、マーケティング・広報活動までを一気通貫で実現する。
グローバルチームと緊密に連携し、海外の公共セクターにおける安全なAI活用等の先進事例やトレンドを国内へ導入するとともに、グローバルで実証された効果的なビジネスプロセスを日本市場へ移植・最適化する。
政府関係者に対してSalesforceのバリュー(特に信頼できるAIガバナンス)を明快に伝えるエバンジェリストとして機能する。また、外部団体活動への参画や協業を通じて、AIなどのテクノロジーを組み合わせた社会課題解決型のソリューションを提案し、産官学民の共創をリードすることで、大型案件(ビッグディール)の創出とビジネス拡大に貢献する。
政府の最新動向、政策トレンド、行政におけるAI・データ活用指針などを社内へタイムリーにフィードバックし、関係部門を巻き込んだ事業開発を支援する。
Preferred Qualifications
政府機関(中央省庁、地方自治体、国会議員・地方議員事務所等)での勤務経験
民間企業(特にIT・テクノロジー企業やコンサルティングファーム等)における公共営業、政策渉外、または事業開発の経験(3年以上)
デジタル庁幹部やデジタル政策(AI・データ活用政策等)を推進する国会議員など、政府・自治体のキーパーソンとの深いリレーション
新規ビジネスの立ち上げ、または事業開発を主導した実績
ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC 900点以上、または1年以上の海外留学・勤務経験)
高いコミュニケーション能力(メディアへの寄稿、またはイベント・カンファレンスでの登壇経験)

Skills Required
- Work experience at government institutions (central ministries, local governments, or parliamentary offices)
- 3+ years in public sector sales, policy engagement, or business development at private sector/IT/consulting firms
- Deep relationships with senior government or municipal policymakers and influencers
- Track record leading new business launches or business development initiatives
- Business-level English (TOEIC 900+ or 1+ year of overseas study/work)
- Strong communication skills including media contributions or conference speaking experience
- Knowledge of AI and cloud services and ability to propose technology-based solutions
